1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between institutional clients, organizations, and visitors ("Client" or "User") and TRP INFOTECH LLP ("TRP INFOTECH", "we", "us", or "our"), governing access to and use of our software platforms, websites, APIs, and engineering services.

2. Scope of Services

TRP INFOTECH LLP specializes in engineering tailored software applications, campus operations ecosystems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, point-of-sale systems, and hardware-to-cloud IoT telemetry integrations. Specific deliverables, delivery milestones, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by individual project specifications executed with clients.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a customized enterprise contract, all custom code, architectural schemas, user interfaces, documentation, and database designs developed by TRP INFOTECH remain protected by applicable intellectual property statutes under Indian jurisdiction.

4. Platform Uptime & SLA Maintenance

For production deployments hosted or maintained by TRP INFOTECH, operational monitoring is performed to maintain maximum platform reliability. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance to institutional administrators.
